What is the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery stitches your logo in thread and reads as more premium and durable, which suits uniforms, polos, and outerwear. Screen printing lays ink on the fabric and is more economical for large runs of tees and giveaways. FOX Merch does both and will recommend the right one for each item in your program.
Can you embroider our logo if we only have a low-resolution file?
Usually, yes. Our team digitizes your logo into a stitch file and flags anything that needs cleanup before production. Very fine detail and small text are the usual constraints, and we will tell you upfront what will and will not stitch cleanly.
Do you handle individual employee names on uniforms?
Yes. We add individual names, titles, or location tags to uniform programs and keep the setup on file so new-hire reorders do not start over.
Will embroidery hold up to commercial laundering?
Yes. We match thread and backing to the garment and its wash conditions so the stitch stays clean and flat through repeated industrial washing.
Is there a minimum order for embroidered uniforms?
We quote by program rather than a rigid public minimum. Send your headcount and the items you need and we will price it. Repeat uniform programs reorder without setup starting over.
