Company Stores

A branded store for your swag — without the closet full of boxes

FOX Merch builds and runs online company stores so employees, franchisees, and teams can order approved branded gear. You set the catalog and the rules, then run it one of two ways: an on-demand store, where each order is decorated and shipped as it comes in, or a timed store that collects orders for a set window and produces them together. Neither model has store costs, and neither leaves anyone holding stock.

What is a FOX Merch company store? A company store is a private, branded online shop FOX Merch builds for your organization, where employees or locations order pre-approved merch and apparel. It runs one of two ways. An on-demand store holds no inventory: each item is decorated and shipped after it is ordered. A timed store opens for a set period, collects every order, and goes into production once it closes. FOX Merch builds the storefront and handles production and shipping on both, with no store costs, so your team stops chasing swag requests and policing brand consistency.

What you can run

One managed store, many ways to use it

A company store replaces the spreadsheet, the supply closet, and the endless one-off orders. Common setups we build:

Employee Swag Stores

A standing storefront where staff order approved apparel and gear whenever they need it.

New-Hire Onboarding Kits

Pre-approved welcome kits, produced and shipped complete to each new hire from a single request.

Franchise & Multi-Location

One brand-controlled store serving every location, so no site goes off-brand.

Event & Conference Stores

Time-boxed stores for a summit, sponsorship, or campaign, opened and closed on schedule.

Reward & Recognition

A points or gifting catalog for service awards, milestones, and incentives.

Pop-Up & Limited Runs

Short-window drops for a launch or seasonal item without a permanent catalog.

Why FOX Merch

The store runs on our side, not yours

The point of a managed store is to take ordering, production, shipping, and brand policing off your desk — with no store costs and no stock to hold.

1

On-demand store: no inventory held

Each item is decorated and shipped after it is ordered, so the store can stay open year-round and nobody is storing boxes or counting sizes.

2

Timed store: one production run

The store opens for a set window. Orders are collected until it closes, then produced together and shipped to your people or your locations.

3

Everything stays on-brand

Only approved products, logos, and colors are orderable, and each employee, manager, or location orders what they are allowed — individually or on a company budget.

4

Shipping that fits the model

On-demand orders ship one at a time, to remote employees or a location. Timed-store orders ship together once production wraps.

Company store FAQs

Answers for HR, marketing, and operations

What is an online company store?

A company store is a private, branded online shop FOX Merch builds for your organization, where employees or locations order pre-approved merch. It runs on demand, with each item decorated and shipped after it is ordered, or as a timed store that collects orders for a set period and produces them together after it closes.

Do we have to hold inventory ourselves?

No, and neither do we. On an on-demand store, items are decorated and shipped only after they are ordered. On a timed store, orders are collected first and produced together after the store closes. Neither model has store costs, and nobody ends up storing or counting stock.

Can we control who orders and how much they spend?

Yes. Stores can be set up with role-based access, per-employee or company-funded budgets, and approval rules so ordering stays within policy. We confirm the exact controls with you when we scope the store.

Can employees ship to their own addresses?

Yes. We can drop-ship individual orders to remote or hybrid employees, or send bulk shipments to a location. It is set per order.

How do new-hire kits work?

You approve the kit once. Each new-hire request is then produced and shipped as a complete branded welcome package to that person, so there is no stock of kits to hold and no per-hire scramble.
